Alfie Hewett is a British wheelchair tennis player born in 1997, currently ranked world No. 1 in both singles and doubles, with 32 Grand Slam titles to his name. Despite being diagnosed with Legg–Calvé–Perthes disease at age six, he has achieved historic milestones, including winning Wimbledon 2024 and completing a career Grand Slam. Hewett, who also won Paralympic gold in doubles and was appointed OBE in 2024, has significantly raised the profile of wheelchair tennis.
